1. When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped in 1-3 days excluding weekends and holidays. However, this is not a guaranteed shipment time as there are several factors that can delay processing. We do our very best to ship out the orders as fast as possible.

2. Do you charge sales tax?
Currently, only orders shipped to New York are subject to sales tax. The actual tax rate may vary depending on the city in NY your order is being shipped to.

3. What if I received the wrong item(s)?
We apologize if you received a different item than what was ordered. Please make sure the item is not open and contact us to request a reshipment. It is very important for us to receive the wrong item back within 30 days or you will be charged for two items.

4. What if my order arrived but is missing an item?
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service department at support@shopdeck.com so we can further assist you.

5. What happens if my package arrived damaged?
If your package arrives damaged simply contact our customer service department at support@shopdeck.com and we will guide you through the claim process to send out a replacement. Please note, outer package tears from shelf wear or handling during the shipment process is not considered as damaged goods.

6. How can I cancel or modify my order?
Depending on where the order is in our processing cycle, we may or may not be able to cancel or modify your order. In any case, we will do our very best to assist you. Please send us an email with your change request.

7. How can I update my account information?
You may access, change, and modify your personal information anytime by logging into your account. If you need assistance, you may also contact us. When sending an email, please be sure to include your current information and advise what needs to be changed.

8. Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, but we do not currently ship internationally.
